All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

We are working on arranging this and will share updates as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged.
Please contact us by email before returning any item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to issue refunds for items that show signs of wear or damage.
Items that have been resized or specially adjusted are not eligible for return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will do our best to assist you and arrange a suitable solution.

Some pieces may be eligible for custom sizing.

If you require a size adjustment, please place your order first and leave your sizing details in the order notes at checkout.

Once your order is received, we will review your request and contact you by email to confirm whether the adjustment can be accommodated.

Please note:

• Size adjustments are subject to confirmation and availability of materials.

• Additional processing time may be required.

• If a size adjustment cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be issued.

• Once a size adjustment has been confirmed and processed, the item becomes non-returnable.

Each piece is handmade and crafted with natural materials.

Variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of the natural beauty of each piece and should be expected.

These variations are not considered defects.
