At A Strand of Stories, each piece is carefully handmade and packed with care. Please review the information below before placing an order.

 

Processing Time

All items listed on the website are ready to ship.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.

If a custom sizing adjustment is requested, additional processing time may be required. We will contact you by email to confirm the details once your order is received.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at the moment.

We are working on arranging this and will share updates as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

Please note that delivery times provided by Royal Mail are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
