Refund policy

At A Strand of Stories, each piece is carefully handmade. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Returned items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Returned in their original packaging

Please contact us by email before returning any item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to issue refunds for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

Custom or Adjusted Items

Items that have been resized or specially adjusted are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to assist you and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Handmade Disclaimer

As each piece is handmade, natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the design and are not considered defects.
